Malawi still loves Madonna

Despite recent back and forth statements between our President Dr Joyce Banda and International Pop star Madonna over her school projects in Malawi its important to get a real understanding of how Malawians in Malawi feel about Madonna, Malawians do not hate Madonna and dont want Madonna to go away.  The general consesus is that the delays that have occurred with the school projects has frustrated some Malawians, especially considering that before there was a story whereby some employees were taken to court ober missing funds, as a result this has caused some sort of negative energies. But overall Madonna is still considered a saint in Malawi regardless what disagreement or letters maybe have been exchanged with the government etc.  Madonna has already done more than any other international celebrities have done for the country including over very own “windmill boy” and hollywood stars.  At the end of the day, lets remember than Madonna is not from Malawi, she came here to help us.  Wopempha satani?

Lets not let these international gossip newspapers turn our friend Madonna into a bad person or blast our disagreements just so that they can sell their newspapers. Most of those reporters dont even know where Malawi is? Or whats the capital city of Malawi. Malawi still loves Madonna.
