ESCOM bent on punishing customers

The blackouts are not enough. The buying of luxurious cars for their management well known for failure is not an act to send devils flying out of its customers. A struggling organization donating money to some ‘political’ campaign by the head of state are a joke. ESCOM still feels its customers are yet to be punished, it decides to punish them a lot.

Media reports indicate that once the Millenium Challenge Corporation starts rolling out, ESCOM is going to raise its current mediocre services by 40 %. Were this an organization that lives within its means, satisfies its customers as it has to be and the economy was already not biting enough on people robbed by corruption, it could have been a welcome development.

Now, people are looking over their shoulders, afraid! Expecting to be punished further by ESCOM.
