“We must convert a Secondary School into a prison for Capitol Hill looters,” says Parliamentarian.

Call it desperation, call it a joke, call it whatever but the truth remains the honorable Member of Parliament in the August house for Lilongwe Central has been confused with the escalating levels of reports of Capitol Hill looters.

In the August house yesterday, the member of Parliament in question told the house that with the way the Capitol Hill was being plundered and suspects arrested in the same then it had to just be that the prisons will be too small to accommodate the prisoners that will be prosecuted.

“If our prisons are full, we can close down one government secondary school to accommodate cash-gate scandal thieves, because they are just too many,” said Shadreck Jonas, the MP for Lilongwe City Central.
