Ex-minister caught with pants down in Mphwiyo shooting

An ex-minister whose details are being concealed in the meantime is alleged to have had a hand in the shooting of Paul Mphwiyo. According to phone records making rounds on social media, the embattled minister has been in touch with one of the fugitives in the case, a Mr. Pika Manondo, who is also wanted by the Interpol.

The phone records show that the ex-minister has been making calls to Manondo, apparently advising him of the thickening plot back home. Some calls, it has been registered, went for over an hour.

The same records show that the wanted man is hiding in Kenya to where the ex-minister has been making his phone calls.
