MCP TAKES CAMPAIGN DIGITAL

The Malawi Congress Party (MCP) in making sure that it gets back into power is leaving no stone unturned as it has decided to invade the cyber space in a hunt for votes.

According from a statement from its Vice Presiden who is also the running mate to the President of the party in the May elections, Richard Msowoya, the party has unveiled its website this evening to add on the website that is appended to that of the President of the party, Lazarus Chakwera. The party has, therefore, two running websites to feed its citizens with information.

The statement has indicated that the party has come up with the websites to put to a rest arguments that the party is old and not moving with time.

Among other things, the website will contain a gallery from which photos of rallies can be accessed and speeches of the party leaders. It has further been indicated that the website will have a section from which volunteers can register to help in assisting the party.
