The People ‘s Party (PP) Presidential running mate in the forthcoming tripartite election, Sosten Gwengwe on Wednesday distributed 30 Motorbikes to Kabaza Association of Malawi in Salima.
The development follows the promises her Excellency Dr. Joyce Banda made at Sanjika Palace on 13 February that her government will roll out motorbikes distribution to youths to empower them economically.
In the information sourced on his website, Gwengwe said:
“This is an attitudinal, structural, and cultural process whereby young people gain the ability, authority, and agency to make decisions and implement change in their own lives and the lives of other people”.
Meanwhile various stakeholders continue to question the motive behind the hand out carried by the PP government.
