MZUNI SUSPENDED STUDENTS HIT BACK

The recent suspended student from Mzuzu University  have obtained an injunction restraining the University from booting them out of the school.

The students staged demonstration after observing that they were not among the student to benefit from school fees loan and stationary allowance.

Mzuni suspended 75 student for causing violence at the campus.

In retaliation, the concerned students counter argued the decision saying the suspension is erroneous as it has victimized the grouping which cannot be proved as being on the centre stage  organizing the protest.

The groups representative Raphael Sithole said:

“We, the concerned students condemn the acts of violence by some anonymous students who used our common problem for causing mayhem on campus but we also challenge the registrar’s decision to suspend all the students who were left out on loan scheme assuming that they were the ones who initiated  mayhem”.
