The former ruling People’s Party (PP) running mate has disclosed that is quitting front-line politics, saying he will now concentrate on his family business.
He said this in an interview.
“I am out of Parliament and frontline politics, so people should not expect much from me,” said Gwengwe.
Gwengwe further thanked former President for considering him in the Ministerial post as well as choosing him as May 20 Presidential running mate.
The youthful lost his seat of Parliament to Daniel Chiwere of Malawi Congress Party(MCP) in Dedza Central.
