CHE NKOPE NEEDS HEART TRANSPLANT

Reports reaching FaceofMalawi indicates that Malawi Institute of Journalism (MIJ) fm comic make Nicholas Mbonela also known as Che Nkope who is currently in South Africa for heart problem needs a heart transplant.

Che Nkope’s brother James confirmed of the development in an interview with one of the local media house in the country.

In his speech, he said he was not sure as to when he will go for surgery.

“It might take weeks even months according to how the transplant unit sees fit for him to go to surgery. Right now the doctors are working on making sure that his condition still stays stable”, he said

President Professor Peter Mutharika was the one who directed the Ministry of Health to airlift Mbonela to South Africa to access better treatment and he was airlifted weeks ago.

Meanwhile reports from Milpark Hospital in South Africa indicates that Che Nkope is now currently on stable condition and is out from Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
