Mchinji Police are keeping in custody retired arrested a former Registrar under the Ministry of Education Science and Technology in Ministry of Education Zakeyo Moyo for forging certificates for the operation of private schools in the Central Region.

FaceofMalawi sourced through Mchinji Police spokesperson that Moses Kajawa-Nyirenda, Zakeyo was arrested after Mchinji District Education Office noted that some certificates were fake and informed the police.

Police are yet to communicate on the charges for Zakeyo.
