STRANGE DISEASE LINKED TO SATANISM HIT ST TEREZA PRIMARY SCHOOL IN MACHINGA; PUPIL SUSPECTED TO HAVE TURNED INTO SNAKE

There was commotion at St Tereza Primary School in Liwonde in the district of Machinga on Monday after a strange disease linked to Satanism attacked some learners at the school.

FaceofMalawi visit at the school on Monday morning found few students at the campus who were deeply engulfed with fear.

Speaking in an interview, one of the student who spoke on the condition of anonymity said one pupil was attacked by strange disease and turned into a snake.

While confirming the development, one of the teachers at the school, Patrick Kagwale denied the news that the pupil turned into a snake.

“As we were having our classes this morning, we noted some strange `things` happening to one of the pupils who started shouting and mentioning names of other students.

“Unfortunately the pupils mentioned by the victim also followed suit”, he said.

He further said that the affected children were uttering some strange voices saying that they sleep under Shire River in the area then wake up as snakes.

The development forced the Head teacher at the school to call church leaders to sought divine intervention by holding prayers at the institution.

It is now reported that all pupils affected by the strange disease are back to normal.
