BLANTYRE DERBY GATE COLLECTIONS SCANDAL: WANDERERS OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHED RUNNING AWAY WITH A CASH BOX

As debate continues surrounding the money realized from the Blantyre derby match between Big Bullets FC and Mighty Be forward Wanderers FC at Kamuzu stadium last week, it has been revealed that officials from both sides connived to siphon the cash.

The match which attracted huge cloud only managed to raise K16 million and the development sparked commotion among soccer fans with others blaming the company which was hired to man the gates while others accused Bullets officials of stealing money amounting to over MK10 million.

Few days later, Bullets Players reacted by boycotting training, demanding the immediate firing of supporter’s general secretary Mabvuto Chiwamba, supporters treasurer Bruce Tambwali, and the team’s general secretary Titha Mandiza.

But information sourced by Faceofmalawi reporter indicates that supporters of two camps agreed before the match to siphon the catch and share the spoils after the match.

It is also alleged that some football administrators were behind this evil plan.

According to a photo taken by a concerned supporter sent to FaceofMalawi, Wanderers official who is believed to be Chipiliro Chilambe, general Secretary is captured running away with the box containing the missing cash.

According to reports, there was MK 10 million inside the box.

Meanwhile no official from both sides has commented on the matter.
