Jay Z Chats, Performs “Empire State of Mind” on “Kimmel”

Jay Z has been busy. Before headlining his own Tidal concert at the Barclays Center, the rapper stopped by “Jimmy Kimmel Live” (which is filming in Brooklyn this week). Hov sat down with Kimmel to discuss why Tidal is better than other streaming services, Beyoncé’s pizza preferences, the winner of his high school rap battle with Busta Rhymes, and his first TV appearance. Then, Kimmel and Jay walked to the Barclays Center, where he closed the show with “Empire State of Mind”.
Jay also gave Kimmel’s entire audience free tickets to the Barclays show. What a guy.
