As the countdown continues for the release of the much anticipated new song by hip-hop artist, Tay Grin titled “Chipapapa’ featuring Nigerian song star 2Face, FaceofMalawi can reveal that the song has been leaked by unknown people.
The song was scheduled to be released this coming Friday February 5, 2016 through Malawi’s popular music websites Malawi-music.com.
Writing on his official Facebook page confirming the leakage of the song, Tay Grin urged Malawians to stop sharing the song calling it unfinished version.
“Those that are sharing the unfinished version of CHIPAPAPA kindly stop. The original song is out in two days. Let’s not spoil things,” wrote Tay Grin.
According to information at hand the song is being shared through whatssap and FaceofMalawi has managed to get hold of the song.
Commenting after listening to the song, one of the hip-hop fans who opted for condition of anonymity described the hit as one of the best songs Tay Grin has ever produced, saying it really carries a Malawian feel.
According to Tay Grin, the song has been produced in two different studios in Malawi and Nigeria but mastered by local hands.
The video for the song will be shot next month in South Africa and it promises to be a great visual.
