Nkasa sides with Chaponda in maize-gate scandal, says Malawians are jealous

Veteran musician Joseph Nkasa has come out of his cocoon to release new hit single defending the Minister of Agriculture Irrigation and Water Development Dr. George Chaponda who is implicated in the maize-gate scandal, saying Chaponda’s hands are clean.

The hit single has attracted debate on the social media with others accusing Nkasa of trying to buy favours from the Minister.

In the song, Nkasa has described Malawians as traitors.
