In his address, Usi said quota system is not the best way of enrolling students in public universities, saying deceiving students are left out.

“Quota system is evil as it creates tribalism. Quota system is a national disaster and government should abolish it,” said Manganya.

Turning to the political scenes in the country, Usi blamed political leaders of creating a begging nation and went on to attack current administration for allocating more funding to State House than development initiatives. He also bemoaned mismanagement of public funds.
