Three Women Arrested in Dedza For Tying Teenage Girl`s Vag!na Lips With Strings To Enlarge Them

Dedza police spokesperson, Edward Kabango has confirmed the arrest of three women for tying with a string private part of a 17 year old girl to extend her vagina lips (Labia Minora).

The suspects were identified as Selina Yohane,38, from Sambuyo village, Felista Steve,33 from Kaulemaonde and Joyce Sitole, 40 from Kaulemaonde all from the area of Traditional Authority Kamenyagwaza in Dedza.

On this day, the three went to a tomato garden with the girl where they wanted to harvest tomatoes.

While there, they started advising the teenage girl ways to fully prepare for her marriage.

“The trio told the young girl how she could make her private part attractive to her future husband so that she shouldn’t get divorced,” said Kabango.

Then the three women tied the young girl`s private part with strings which according to them was to enlarge the size of the girl`s Labia Minora.

The story came on surface on 16^th of this month when the young girl`s mother observed that her child was having difficulties in walking and that she was passing out urine uncontrollable.

When questioned, the young girl confessed what happened and later the three women were arrested.
