Apostle Jospeh Ziba, founder and president of Fountain of Victory International Ministries is today expected to appear before court in Blantyre for formal charges in tax evasion case.
Ziba was arrested on Wednesday together with a businessman Tayub Aziz for refusing to pay K26 million in tax after buying a state-of-art Range Rover.
Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) spokesperson Steven Kapoloma confirmed of the development in an interview with Zodiak Broadcasting Station (ZBS) but was not clear on the exact time when Ziba will be in court.
When pressed to disclose the exact place where Ziba is being kept, Kapoloma denied.
