Senior Chief Malenga of Ntchisi to be laid to rest today

Burial of Senior Chief Malenga of Ntchisi District is currently underway at his Masangano Headquarters in Ntchisi.

Senior Chief Malenga , whose name was Lingson Makonokaya, died Friday afternoon at Kamuzu Central Hospital after a long illness.

The Senior Chief was installed Traditional Authority on 5th February, 2003, and was elevated to Senior Chief on 11th February, 2013.

He was born in 1959.
