Chilima’s photo stirs debate on social media

After making headlines on social media over use of proverbs in most of his speeches and responses, State Vice President Dr. Saulos Chilima who is also leader of United Transformation Movement (UTM) has yet again taken the social media by storm but now with wrong reasons.

Chilima was on Saturday captured in Mchinji failing to walk after disembarking from his vehicle, attracting mixed reactions with many accusing him of using drugs when going on the podium.
