Fire has consumed a new Toyata Prado VX belonging to Minister of Information and Communications Technology Henry Mussa, faceofmalawi can reveal.
The development follows the fire that gutted down part of the residence of Mussa in Lilongwe’s Area 10 this morning.
Mussa confirmed of the development in an interview with Zodiak Broadcasting Station (ZBS).
“Actually this was a new Toyata Prado VX delivered to me on Monday from Toyota Malawi. In the same garage I have lost 55 bags of cement, spare parts for my cars and other valuables. It is quite a loss I should say. But I must thank the people who helped to put out the fire after the [Lilongwe] City Council Fire Brigade disappointed,” he said.
Mussa hailed his neighbours who worked hard to move valuables out of the house.
According to information at hand, the fire has also consumed several bags of cement and some spare parts worthy millions.
