Mutharika Console Ntcheu Accident Victims

President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika and the first lady have expressed shock over the loss of lives and injuries in a fatal car accident at Kampepuza in Ntcheu district.

In a statement, released on March 22 signed by Mgeme Kalirani, Presidential Press Secretary and Spokesperson said Mutharika and the first lady have however expressed their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families for the loss of their loved ones, and sympathize with those that have injured.

The statement further state that the president has assured the affected families that Government will support them throughout this difficult time.

“His Excellence Prof. Arthur Peter Mutharika assures all the families affected by the tragic accident that government will provide them with all the support they need in this difficult time,” reads part of the statement.

Mutharika has however asked all Malawians to pray for those injured for quick recovery.
