HRDC Threatens to Drag a Police Officer to Court for Concealing Evidence

The Human Rights Defenders Coalition (HRDC) has threatened to drag a police officer to court for concealing evidence after he allegedly shot a nine year old girl.

The incident happened in December last year after George Kaleso was trying to shoot a rabid dog but the bullet ended up hitting the child.

In an attempt to conceal evidence, Kaleso confiscated a health passport book from the girl’s mother.

It has also been reported that police officers have been intimidating the family in an attempt to stop them from accessing justice on the matter.

Meanwhile the girl is still living with the bullet in her body.
