ZAMBIA WOMAN EXPLAINS WHY SHE KILLED BOYFRIEND

ZAMBIA – A Lusaka woman, Sofia Chisanga of John Laing Compound who was arrested last week over the death of her boyfriend, has admitted that she is the one who killed him over sex. Preliminary investigations indicated that Charles Mwape, 25 is suspected to have been murdered and later left in a house of Sofia Chisanga which was set on fire.

Police then picked up four suspects including Sofia herself aged 23, Sarah Tembo aged 19, Goodson Mulenga aged 19 and Helen Chimba aged 20 who are in Police custody to assist with investigations.

“He failed to give me money after having sex with me on Friday”, she said.

But in a dramatic turn of events, Sofia Chisanga has admitted killing and burning her boyfriend because he refused to give her money after sleeping with her last Friday.

The deceased is reported to have died in a one-roomed house belonging to a female only identified as Sofia Chisanga which caught fire on August 24, around 05:00 hours in John Laing Compound.
