Ugly scene of love: UTM member scalded by hot water by female lover

Information reaching Faceofmalawi indicates that Joe Chinguwo, member of the United Transformation Movement (UTM) is admitted at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital after being burnt by hot water by his lover in Mangochi.

The fact of the matter is that Chinguwo with his girlfriend Trintus Kimberly Mindano were in Mangochi for Mother’s Day and they booked a certain lodge.

While there, the two picked a quarrel resulting into a fight. The girl accused Chinguwo of cheating and flirting with other UTM ladies on the phone in her presence.

Feeling overpowered, the girlfriend reached out to the bathroom where she drew some hot water and poured it on Chinguwo who has suffered serious burns after the incident.

He was rushed to Mangochi hospital by the owners of the lodge who got the girlfriend arrested.

Chinguwo was on early Thursday transferred to Queens hospital in Blantyre.

Meanwhile the girl has been released from police cell.
