Man Kills Himself After His Daughter Dies Before Her Husband Paid Lobola

This man never loved his daughter 🙁

A 35 year old Zimbabwean man has committed suicide after learning that his daughhter had died before her husband could pay lobola for her.

The man Gift Muzamarunya is reported to have been a disgruntled father as he learnt about the death of his daughter and disclosed his suicidal mission to hi neighbor.

Confiding to his neighbor, Muzamarunya said he did not have a reason to continue living as he was no longer going to receive his lobola payment from his son in-law following the death of his daughter.

The neighbor engaged other people and quickly informed the deceased wife of the ill mind her husband was outpouring, but by then he had already disappeared.

He was later discovered dead hanging from a tree.

The deceased daughter’s age and cause of death were not disclosed.
