45-year-old Nigerian man who happens to be a mortuary attendant has been arrested for stealing a smart phone and gold becklace from a dead woman.
The man identified as Tayo Salami was apprehended by Nigerian Intelligence Team.
It is reported that Tayo was given the body of the woman to dress and embalm at the funeral parlour of the unnamed morgue when the alleged theft happened.
According to investigations, after stealing the phone, Salami sold it to his friend fro N10, 000 who also sold out the phone to a woman for N13, 000.
The two buyers were later arrested and released on bail but Salami denied seeing the gold necklace.
