Diamond Platinumz to be Honoured With A Statue,Says He Is Ready

After having a successful career that has survived the test of time for over ten years, Tanzanian star Diamond Platnumz is now ready to have his image cast on stone.

The father of four said he would not mind seeing his face turned into an identical statue in the near future.

During an interview with Bongo5, the international baby daddy opened up on how he would be thankful if his country decided to celebrate his achievements.

To him, celebrities like football legend Messi have been granted the same accord and it is something anyone would be proud of.

However, he insists he cannot force anyone to pull off such a magnificent surprise and hopes maybe he will be lucky soon.

“I will receive it with open arms because our comrades in Europe have had statues built in their honour. When our president gave me a call I was very honoured,” the Bongo star said.

As earlier reported, the lucky singer was beyond excited when Tanzanian President John Pombe Magufuli phoned him while he was performing.

Magufuli had nothing but praise for the mellow voiced musician and congratulated Diamond for a successful decade of good music and impeccable career.

The president was heard saying he is an ardent fan of the father of four.
