Man Inserts Candle in Domestic Help’s Private Part

The Bandra Police arrested a businessman for inserting a candle inside the private part of a 25-year-old woman. The accused was arrested on Monday. The 60-year-old man has been identified as Salim Qureshi. Qureshi is a resident of Bandra.

After his arrest on Monday, Salim Qureshi was produced before a court on Tuesday. The police said that the woman started working at the accused’s house in December. The woman had been living in the accused’s house.

Last Saturday, the 25-year-old woman was sleeping in the hall when the accused allegedly took a candle and inserted it inside her private part. The Hindustan Times reported that after the incident, the girl started bleeding and fell sick.

Following this, Salman Qureshi took the 25-year-old to Bhabha Hospital. When the doctors were examining her, the woman narrated her ordeal to them. After learning about the incident, the doctors informed the police. The police acted promptly on the complaint and arrested Salman Qureshi.
