Movie Director threatens to release lover’s n.u.d.e.s to escape debt

A Ghanaian lady has found herself wanting after a fraudster who posed as her lover threatened to release her nude photos after their relationship turned sour.

The young lady identified as Hannah in a conversation with Nhyira FM, she met the 29-year-old cameraman, Emmanuel Owusu, at a ceremony organised by her sister and they became partners before she travelled to Jordan for holidays.

After sometime, she decided to invest in her lover’s video production business with the aim of making some returns for herself.

Emmanuel informed her of equipment malfunctions over which she sent money totalling GHS 12,000 for the equipment and savings for a car.

After realizing there wasn’t any significant progress in the business venture, Hannah said she decided to call it quits and demand for her share of the capital but her supposed partner declined.

“I had never received any interest and I decided to quit the business but Emma told me he has no money to offer me if I opt out,” she narrated.

Hannah disclosed that Emmanuel later sent GHC2000 after she threatened him with a police case.

Prior to their misunderstanding, the ‘lovers’ had exchanged nudes and exposed their nakedness via live recording, a situation Hannah claimed she did out of love.

Emmanuel, sensing the intensity of the situation threatened to release the nudes, adding he has nothing to lose because his community knows he is into such business.

Emmanuel confessed to the crime, saying he had to defraud Hannah because he needed a boost in his failing business.
