“Mom, I Don’t Want To Live Anymore” Australian Dwarf Boy Begged His Mother To Give Him A Rope

A heartbroken mother recorded a heartbreaking video of her nine year old son being bullied on campus for dwarfism, begging her mother to give him a rope and try to commit suicide

The mother of Brisbane, Australia, is yarraka Bayles and his son is QUADEN. When she picked up her son from school on February 19, she recorded a video of him crying and shared the video publicly on social platform Facebook.

The boy suffered from the most common form of dwarfism, achondroplasia. He kept begging his mother, “give me a rope, mom, please. I don’t want to live anymore.”

“I just want to pierce my heart. I hope someone can kill me,” the boy said He scratched around his neck and said, “I want to die… I want to catch myself.” his grieving mother held back her tears.

Yarraka Bayles publicly shared the video on Facebook to raise awareness of campus bullying. She said she would not usually make such private matters public, especially it was so heartbreaking, but felt that she had no choice but to make them public this time.

“We try to be as optimistic and strong as we can and just point out, but that’s how campus bullying affects a nine-year-old,” she said in the video

Since sharing the video, support from friends and strangers has been pouring in. Yarraka Bayles did not disclose details of the latest bullying, but had previously said her son was referred to as a “dwarf” by his classmates.

She said her son’s first attempt to commit suicide was three years ago, when he was only six years old. “I was shocked,” she said. To be honest, I don’t even think he knows what it means or how to do it at the age of six. “
