On September 26, President Mrs Joyce Banda will be honored at The 28th Annual AAI Awards Dinner Gala in NYC for championing women’s rights and business leadership.
Founded in 1953, The Africa-America Institute (AAI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening human capacity in Africa through advanced education and training. AAI promotes enlightened engagement between Africa and America through education, training and dialogue.
More than 23,000 individuals have benefitted from AAI programs. Roughly 90 percent of AAI alumni live and work in Africa, and contribute to the Continent’s development.
