Joyce Banda: A dangerous enemy to her fellow women

The ascendancy to the highest office by Joyce Banda provided an opportunity to her to demonstrate that in women are capable and humane leaders that the nation can not afford to ignore.

Sadly, Joyce Banda has spurned that opportunity. Instead she is generating the wrong stereotype on behalf of all women that despite many of them being capable they should be measured using the yardstick of Joyce Banda’s acute in-capabilities and in-sensitivities.

We can only hope that when that time comes, Malawians will not be influenced by the demons of Joyce Banda’s failures to deny other women their chances to demonstrate that where incompetence is concerned, Joyce Banda is one odd out.
