Former first lady Callista Mutharika still has opportunity to get a share of late Bingu’s estate, despite not being included in the former president’s will.
A legal expert on wills, Seodi White says Mrs. Mutharika can ask a court of law to nullify Bingu’s Will because it was drawn before he married her.
Ex-president Mutharika drew the will in 2008, a year before he married Callista Chimombo.
