Increasing cases of diabetes in Malawi

Increasing cases of diabetes in Malawi has prompted health activists to organize a month long awareness campaign in November.
The campaign, which will complement the World Diabetes Day on November 14, aims at enlightening people on the causes, treatment, and prevention of the disease among other things.
It will be organised by the Diabetes Association of Malawi, some of its members have disclosed.
