While Malawian stadiums have become places for people to lose their lives, South African stadiums have moved more into the direction of brothels.
The music was forgotten when a horny couple started having sex in the stadium – in full view of music lovers!
Even after people started capturing pictures and videos of the lovers, they didn’t stop.
They only moved to another spot upstairs to continue enjoying themselves.
It happened at the Buyel’ekhaya Music Festival last Monday in the Buffalo Park Cricket Stadium in East London in the Eastern Cape.
The concert was big, featuring some serious music heavyweights. Artists who performed included Oskido, Mafikizolo, Hugh Masekela, DJ Zinhle, The Soil and Angelique Kidjo.
As everybody was having an awesome time dancing to the fine tunes, the couple couldn’t control themselves as they stood against the wall at the back of the stadium. They were touching and kissing – and they didn’t mind who watched.
A witness, Phillip Tembe (23), said security guards saw the action first.
“When the guards approached the couple and tried to stop them, they showed them a middle finger. They continued after moving to another spot upstairs.
“When people heard about the sex, some of them streamed upstairs to take pictures and videos on their cellphones.”
Phillip said the two lovers, who seemed to be in their 30s, didn’t seem ashamed.
“We saw the man stripping off his jeans while the woman’s dress was pulled up to her waist. It was embarrassing but it never bothered them.”
When told couple that he would publish the photos taken of them having sex in public, the man said he didn’t care.
