List of heads of state and government to grace Mandela’s funeral service swells to 89 (Full list here)

Even though Sudan’s Omar Al Bashir will not be part of the heads of state and governments to grace the funeral ceremony of Nelson Mandela, a horde of other world leaders will be there. As of now, 89 leaders have been confirmed to be at the event. Below is the list:
