FMB AIDS 35 NEEDY STUDENTS AT CHICHIRI SECONDARY

First Merchant Bank (FMB) on Thursday presented a Cheque worthy K615,000 to 35 needy students at Chichiri Secondary School.

The money will help the 35 needy students to pay their school fees for three terms.

Speaking after presenting the Cheque at Chichiri Secondary School, FMB Learning and Development Manager Chisomo Kabvala, said the bank believes education is the key to success.

Kabvala said this is the reason  his bank has been offering bursaries to needy students at the school since 2004.

Meanwhile Chichiri Secondary School Head teacher Emmie Chiwala thanked FMB for the gesture.
