VOTERS AT CI ON RAMPAGE

There is commotion at Blantyre CI as angry voters have went on rampage attacking police officers due to the delay in opening the centre for voting.
The voting exercise was expected to start at 6:am but until now no one at the centre has casted the ballot.
According to what Face of Malawi has established, voting materials meant for the centre are in short supply .
