Joyce has no mandate to nullify the election – Peter Mutharika

Peter Mutharika, the front runner in the May 20-22 election has been speaking to the press. He says has commended Justice Mbendera (MEC Chairperson). He says he is a man of great intergrity.
He is doing his best. Mutharika says Joyce has no mandate to nullify the election. Said Peter: ‘I would appeal to the president to ask people to be calm. I hope she abandons the path she is taking”.
