HM King Mohammed VI sent a congratulatory message to Peter Mutharika on the occasion of his election as president of the Republic of Malawi.
In this message, HM the King extends to the new head of state his heartfelt congratulations and sincere wishes of success in his mission to achieve the Aspirations of Malawi’s friendly people for further progress, prosperity, security and stability.
The sovereign seized this occasion to voice his sincere determination to continue working together with president Mutharika to reinforce the bridges of communication and understanding between the two countries and give impetus to relations of African brotherhood and of cooperation and solidarity uniting Morocco and Malawi to serve the interests of the two brotherly people.
