MALICK AND RINA TO HOST AT THE UPCOMING SAND MUSIC FESTIVAL

Television personality, Malick aka Mr. 265 and female rapper, Rina, are the official hosts of the 2014 Sand Music Festival set to be in Sunbird Livingstonia Beach in Salima.
Speaking to the producers, the music festival commences from the 29th to the 31st August. The sand music festival lead coordinator, Nkhwachi Mhango, confirmed in an interview. He further disclosed that four DJs will Mann the decks, namely DJ Maya, Panther, Joy and DJ Lee will join the two hosts in entertaining the crowd.
Other entertainment will include a fashion show that will take place on the 30th of August and that 10 models will parade in the show. Mhango further said that they were looking forward to having 10 designers to design for the models.
“So far we have engaged two designers but we are hoping for more.” He then adds: “The response so far has been fantastic as we are getting a lot of enquiries from designers some from even out of this country.”
Sand Music Festival tickets are selling at all Sunbird Hotels across the country at K13, 000 and patrons are expected to cough K15, 000 if they are to pay at the venue.
