President Professor Peter Mutharika is on Sunday expected to hold a Public rally at Njamba Freedom Park in Blantyre.

Presidential Press secretary Fredrick Ndala confirmed of the development.

In his speech, Ndala said the rally has been organized to give Mutharika a chance to unveil and articulate his government’s development and vision for the country.

According to Ndala, the rally is open for every Malawian regardless of the political party he/she belongs.

The rally in Blantyre comes barely a week after President Mutharika held another rally in Mzuzu where he urged all Malawians to remain united.
