ZENZANI’s LAWYER FILES NEW BAIL APPLICATION

Information reaching FaceofMalawi indicates that Lawyer for former Principle Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism Triza Namathanga Senzani has returned to the Lilongwe High Court this morning to file flesh bail application.

Necton Mhura failed to present necessary document for bail before Judge Ivy Kamanga on Monday due to what he called technical hitches.

When he appeared before judge Kamanga yesterday, he discovered that the application papers he intended to file were missing.

The lawyer believes the papers went missing at the high court and he says he suspects foul play on what happened in court yesterday.
