This method involves using the woman’s menstrual cycle to calculate when she isn’t fertile, and avoiding intercourse when she’s fertile.
6. Hormonal birth control methods like the birth control ring and the birth control implant can also be used to prevent pregnancy. One is inserted into the vagina and the other is inserted at the arm at certain intervals to aid the release of hormones to prevent pregnancy.
7. Also, surgical methods like female sterilization and Vasectomy are extreme methods of preventing pregnancy; they are hardly reversible, and advised when the couple doesn’t want to have any more children.
