KANDODO SET TO REJOIN MCP

Ex Minister in the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) and opposition People’s Party (PP) Ken Kandodo is set to rejoin Malawi Congress Party (MCP).
Kandodo was expected to be unveiled on Sunday at Mtunthama grounds in Kasungu where MCP President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera held a mass rally which he failed to attend.
When approached for comment, Kandodo could not confirm of the development.
Kandodo dumped frontline politics just after the May 20, 2014 tripartite election which saw the then opposition DPP under President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika emerging victorious.
Meanwhile Kandodo is currently working with Times Group.
