Mutharika to preside over the opening ceremony of WUCWO Conference

President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika will on Wednesday preside over the opening ceremony of the Catholic Women Organization African (WUCWO) Regional Conference.

According to a statement signed by Chief Secretary to the government George Mkondiwa, the ceremony will be held at the Civo stadium in Lilongwe from Ten O’clock in the morning.

Malawi will host the 9th Africa Region World Union of Catholic Womens’ Organisations (WUCWO) Conference at Bingu International Conference Center (BICC) in Lilongwe.

The Mass will be presided over by His Grace Thomas Luke Msusa, the Chairperson of the Episcopal Conference of Malawi
