Mutharika brunches off dying any soon, triggers bon mot to fight Chilemba to prove his fitness

The president Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika desperately joked to fight Malawian International Boxer Isaac Chilemba in two weeks in order to prove that he is in perfect health as  his sickness was not serious one , and  he will not die anytime soon.

Speaking at the press conference on Friday at the Kamuzu Palace in Lilongwe, Mutharika scolded the bad wishers who wants him die, saying he has ‘more than 9 lives’.

“I am still alive and I have more than 9lives. Death has nothing to do with age. I am very healthy I only have a slight problem which is rheumatism and I was advised not to use my right hand for a while. In two weeks am inviting Chilemba for a fight. My shoulder is 80percent fit. I hope this puts to rest the story about my health/death.,”said President Mutharika.

Mutharika also warn the people who usually send bad omen to his health that He will meet them in 2019 election as they will all be clashed.

“Let me be clear, am still alive for a while and  come 2019 tikunyenyani,” he added.

This was the first time for President to speak to public ever since he left the country for United Nations general assembly in US on September 16 but extended his stay for almost a month.
