Five people killed in road accident in Nsanje

Five people are reported dead while several others have sustained serious injuries after a minibus they were travelling in overturned in Nsanje.

Police in Nsanje have confirmed of the accident with Zodiak Broadcasting Station (ZBS) saying the accident happened few minutes ago and Police officials together with well-wishers are busy rescuing the victims.

According to information sourced by this publication, the minibus whose owner is yet to be known was coming from Bangula heading to Blantyre.

The eyewitness told this publication that the vehicle overturned at Khuluvi in Nsanje after the driver failed to negotiate corner.
