Gospel singer Robertson Nkhonjera releases new hit singe ‘Ulemelelo’

After releasing three songs as a solo artist, well-known upcoming gospel song star Robertson Nkhonjera has again released a new hit single ‘Ulemelelo’ which has taken the music industry in the country by storm.

The song was released on January 30, 2017 through one of the most popular music websites in the country Malawi-music.com, the only websites which is there to promote local artist in Malawi.

Ulemelelo’ hit single which is currently enjoying most of the radio airplays in the country is part of the artist’s yet to be released album titled ‘Moyo’.

The song mainly highlights some of the struggles that every human being both locally and internationally face from childhood to adulthood like lack of financial support and others.

After listening to the hit, one will appreciate the talents that upcoming musicians in the country such as Nkhonjera has when it comes to composing songs.

Speaking in an interview with FaceofMalawi reporter, Nkhonjera said he is impressed with how people have welcomed his new hit single.

“Almost every day I receive calls from my fans congratulating me and others demanding for the new song which I have just released. This is so encouraging because I did not expect this honestly,” said Nkhonjera while smiling.

He urged his fans to continue supporting him both on stage as well as in downloading the song which is currently on promotion at Malawi-music.com website.

Robertson started his music career when he was at Secondary School in 2007 and he later founded a four member group called Fanatics music. The aim of the group was to spread the good news about Jesus Christ and to become a role model.

After sometime Robertson left the group and started singing as a solo artist. Currently Robertson is working on a first album tittled moyo and he has managed to release three song songs namely, ‘Poyelayela’, Moyo’ and ‘Ulemelelo’.
